A Virtual Keynote Speech
The Keynote Address will be : “Ask the Right Questions as a Leader: How to Take a Vision to a Reality in Your Club”
We are fortunate to have Cedric George, a distinguished and inspirational speaker, deliver our keynote address.
As a Maj Gen (ret) USAF, Cedric George knows leadership. Today he is applying his leadership skills to business as Sr. Director, Strategy and Growth at MetroStar Sytems in Reston, Virginia. He also knows our District 23 area, having commanded the 49th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, in New Mexico from 2003 to 2005.
Cedric George advises that, “Year over Year growth lies in asking the “right” questions. “What if?” in particular, opens the door to imagining a new future, but more importantly empowering teams to take the right disciplined actions to turn vision into a bold new reality.”
