Training occurs semi-annually in the Toastmaster year. First in the summer, starting in June, and then in the Fall/Winter, starting in November.
While targeted to ensure club officers receive updates and other training information relevant to their role, all Toastmasters are invited to attend.
Do you want a strong, or stronger, club?
Toastmasters International, along with District 23 analysis, identified that when at least four club officers attend training in the summer and at least four in the winter – the club is a stronger club!
Training helps officers ensure club members get the most out of their Toastmaster experience, know how to gain or maintain a strong membership size, and keep up with the paperwork so the club is in good standing.
Training provides the opportunity to discuss challenges, get advice, network with other clubs, and share best practices.
Everyone learns new ideas to help themselves and/or their clubs!
