Members of District 23 followed the Yellow Brick Road to the Spring 2017 Conference in Amarillo, Texas, and had an over the rainbow good time on May 5th through 7th, 2017.
From the costume contest to the speaking contests and the educational sessions to the officers elections, the conference was a blast!

International Speech
- 1st Place: Jonathan Gardner of Albuquerque
- 2nd Place: Eva Fanari of Albuquerque
- 3rd Place: Brian Stover of Clovis
Jonathan Gardner won the contest with his speech “One More Chance.”
He will move on to compete in the semi-finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the Toastmasters International Convention in August 2017. The winners of the semi-finals matches will go on to compete in the finals of the World Championship of Public Speaking.
Eva delivered the speech “Four Magic Words” and Brian delivered “Do You Hear What I Hear.”
