When experienced Toastmasters gather for a Demo Meeting in the location where people are interested in forming a new club, local people get to see what a Toastmasters Club meeting would look like in their town. They can picture what it will look like once their club is chartered and meeting regularly.
People interested in joining get a real, tangible idea of what being a Toastmaster in an established club will look and feel like.
