It’s a first for District 23! Eric Tonningsen 
has been awarded the TI Club Extension Award.
Eric has served as sponsor to five new clubs in District 23 in a two year period.
Daniel Rex, Executive Director of Toastmasters International, wrote in a letter to Eric, “This is a remarkable achievement – one that warrants special recognition … One of the great contributions to the Toastmasters movement is the sponsorship of a new club. You have shared the great gift of Toastmasters with more people, giving them the opportunity to learn, grow and achieve and we commend you for your efforts.”
