The District Governor, Lt. Governor Education and Training and the Lt. Governor Marketing developed a strategic plan to provide District 23 Toastmasters with a three-year roadmap for supports, services and organization development.

The plan (attached below) assess both the challenges and opportunities that District 23 is likely to face over the
next three years, 2011-2014.
