Bay Stevens, Don Keime, and Don DuBois receive the Distinguished District award for District 23.
District 23 was named a Distinguished District at an award ceremony at the Toastmasters International in Palm Desert, California. The Top 3 Trio for the 2009-2010 year (LGM Bay Stevens, District Governor Don Keime, and LGET Don DuBois) were on hand to receive the award.
