This year our incentives fall into three categories:
Membership
When you build a strong club your members will flourish. Our incentives are designed to reward not only success and but also action. Sometimes you have to take many actions before success come your way. We want to reward those efforts.
Education Achievements
Pathways is our new education program. We want to reward those clubs that have embraced Pathways.
Administration
When you manage your club through tracking your member successes and completing the required paperwork throughout the year you are setting an example for others to follow.
Incentives
Featured Incentive for December 2019:
Submit your club officer list on time. Annual clubs – by June 30, Semi-Annual clubs – by December 31 and June 30: get $25 Cash
All of the Incentives:
- Sponsor 10 new members: get $100 Cash
- Have a Press Release, Newspaper Article, or Radio Interview about your club: get $25 Cash
- Hold an Open House: get $25 Cash
- Achieve 100% new member Pathways participation: get $25 Cash
- Achieve 100% Pathways participation and have 75% of members advance 1 level in the Toastmaster year: get $50 Cash
- Have 100% of members advance 1 level in the Toastmaster year: get $35 Cash
- Achieve Distinguished Status or better by March 15: get $25 Cash
- Submit 100% of member dues renewal by April 1: get $25 Cash
- Submit your club officer list on time. Annual clubs – by June 30, Semi-Annual clubs – by December 31 and June 30: get $25 Cash
