Sponsorship
Who: You to help spread the word!!
What: Present the sponsorship letter to 2 or 3 companies to raise funding for our conference.
Why: The Conference Planning Committee must raise their own funding since it cannot be added to the District budget.
How: Ask a friend or family member who owns a company. Ask to speak to managers at your favorite stores or those you frequent regularly. What about asking where you work or a company you have an annual contract with. You get the idea. NOTE: The donation is for a non-profit organization and can be claimed on their income tax.
When: ASAP. Funds are needed now because expenses are already being accrued.
All donations of money, time, items for the auction, and support are appreciated and needed to make this conference fun, engaging, and ultimately the highest quality event for you, me, and our fellow District 23 members.
