From July 10 to August 11, 2023

  • Designate the proxyholder (with the approval of the club members) in “Club Proxy & Instructions” on the Toastmasters website.
  • Enter voting instructions as decided by the club membership.
  • Must designate a proxyholder even if assigning the proxy to themselves.
